Suggested by ~isamisa She asked me to draw a scene where Link and Zelda meet Hylia and the Past Hero. Well, their spirits actually (if it'd be possible) Usually I don't do requests but this one was rly interesting so I wanted to draw it
I think Hylia and Past Hero are thanking them for saving Grooseland Hyrule from Demise ...but I think the Past Hero is not impressed about SS Link XD I wonder why though... Maybe he doesn't like him being so lazy... Son, I am dissapoint (Thanks for the helpful icon, Isamisa XD)
I couldn't find a good reference for Hylia's design so I had to improvise a bit
Btw, I was listening to The Dig soundtrack while drawing this. Especially to this track. It's so beautiful ;w; [link]
time for my nerdy side to cut in: I think I can answer, the past hero is the very first link. In actual chronological order the skyward sword is the first thing in the legend of zelda's history. Even before that though, there was the land of Hylia I would think now known as Hyrule and down there was the first link, or the past hero. It's all very confuzzling but he was down there when the world was over taken by monsters and he used the master sword given to him by the goddess Hylia to lift Skyloft into the air. He didn't make it onto Skyloft though and died. Hylia found his body and promised that whenever the world was in danger they would be reborn together, as link and Zelda. (I don't know how he gets his hat every time) See, very confusing. You can find out by reading the comic in the back of the Hyrule Historia. I hoped this helped.
And i love the expressions!!
Great job!!
